About the volunteering opportunity

The leisure kiosk is the central point of contact during the four-week Haigern children's camp with over 200 children. It serves as a meeting point for minor concerns, for serving ice cream and drinks and as an organizational hub for the supervising staff.

Your Tasks

  • Installation and removal of windows.
  • Painting the walls.
  • Installation of a new OWA ceiling (mineral fiber panels).
  • Installation of a counter.

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
No special knowledge is required for the commitment.

What to bring

The volunteers need work clothes that can get dirty. The volunteers are provided with breakfast, snacks, lunch and coffee.

Haus Haigern

Haus Haigern is a leisure and conference center run by Caritas Heilbronn-Hohenlohe and is located on the Haigern near Talheim in the district of Heilbronn. It is used for group camps, school classes, church events and seminars and has overnight accommodation, communal and seminar rooms and a large outdoor area.
