About the volunteering opportunity

We have been given a disused playhouse containing a play kitchen and a sandpit. We would be delighted to receive volunteer support to renovate the house together and prepare the designated space.

Your Tasks

  • Sand and repaint the wood
  • Assemble the house and place it in its intended location
  • Level the space and lay boards underneath
  • Fill the sandpit
  • Replace the sandpit border

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
Strength to level the site and dig out soil is an advantage. Experience with sandpaper, brushes and paint as well as operating a cordless screwdriver are also helpful.

What to bring

Please bring clothes that can get dirty. The necessary equipment will be provided on site. If you would like to bring your own paintbrush or cordless screwdriver, you are of course welcome to do so.
