About the volunteering opportunity

At Kinder- und Jugenddorf Klinge e.V., the hedges in the outdoor areas are to be trimmed to create a well-kept, safe and friendly environment for children, young people and staff.

Your Tasks

Hedge trimming at the children's village houses and playgrounds

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.
No special requirements are needed, but manual skills would be a plus.

What to bring

Please bring your own change of clothes or weatherproof work clothes, safety shoes and gloves.

We provide food and drinks for the entire day.

The Klinge Children's and Youth Village is one of the largest children's and youth villages in Germany. As a free provider of child and youth welfare, around 200 young people experience the help and support they so urgently need every day in 17 house and 3 youth residential communities in our school with school kindergarten and other service offers.
