About the volunteering opportunity
We would like to start a reading event at the senior center to offer our residents a pleasant and entertaining time.
As a prelude and to get everyone in the mood, we are planning a cozy coffee break where questions can be answered and a positive atmosphere created. The actual reading event will take place afterwards.

Your Tasks
The focus is on reading short stories to senior citizens.
We are happy for you to bring your own stories, but there is also the option of using stories available on site. To create a smooth and enjoyable reading experience, it would be ideal if you pick out the passages you would like to read in advance.

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You should be open and patient with the target group and enjoy reading.
What to bring
There are several books available on site that can be read aloud. However, we would be especially happy if you bring your own books and stories to read to the senior citizens.
